TOP 1 The president of the WUSB Wolfgang Ketzler welcomes all the delegates and the guests and thanks the Swiss Club for there hospitality and fort he beautil days allready gone. He approves the delegatemeeting. The delegates gives a minit of silence fort he dead members of the last year.
TOP 2 The president of the Swiss Club Jacob Müller welcomes all the delegates and the guests and hope for a succesfull meeting.
TOP 3 Bernhard Lager gives a short breafing of the WUSB-show.
TOP 4 The presiden of the Frensch club Madame Lafay and mr. Basset gives the delegates a short beafing about the show in Ribeauville in Alsace. Alsace is famous for ist good wine and food and also for there great hospitality.

TOP 5 No objections against the report from 2008 in Luxembourg.
TOP 6 Admission for joining the WUSB a Saint Bernard Dog Breeding Club of Estonia b Saint Bernard Club of Transvaal(South Africa)
Both clubs makes a short and good presentation of there clubs and countries.
Election: Both clubs has been voted in, no one against.
TOP 7 The report from the president: The president reports about many conversations with a lot of people , clubs and organisations during the last year. Many with the 1st club of Estonia who also wants to be a member of the WUSB. They can make a try in 2010. The Spanish club had 25 years anniversery, mr. Ketzler gave greetings to the Spanish Club. Mexico, India, Japan, Chile , Israel and Argentina has been contakted, until now nearly no respons. In Israel goes Saint Bernard and New Foundlands in the same club, but they only have a few Saints. In England they are working on a new Standard, hopefully we can see the new standard next year. The president has provided a Cooparations-contrakt with the FCI, and on this occation there has been a lot of writings between WUSB – FCI – SKG and the Swiss Club. There is until now no solution. The president W. Ketzler has guarantied that the Wusb will not interfear with the Swiss Club and the SKG about the Standard. At. the 4th of June came a no from the SKG, but WUSB know that there are allready such contracts between the FCI and spezial organisations. Mr. Ketzler is still working on it, and hopefully it will succeed
Report Vice-presiden: Mr. Tessier wants that we all together works for one breed one standard. The wusb shall not only be a organisation for fun, but work for a better breed and that the judgement always have to be to the Swiss Standard.
Report 1.st secretary: The work of a secretary is mostly administration and writings and to make actually adresses, emails and phone numbers of the delegates, judges. Therefore please give a message if something changes. Also changes in the boards in the clubs in the different countries.
Report Cashier: Because of a lot of pressure at work, the show in Zuge, der Int.Ausstellung in St. Gallen, der CAC-ausstellung in der woche vor WUSB und der Wusbausstellung sowie sein job as Vice-president der Swiss Club has Reto Wiederkehr not been able to make a correct account fort his meeting. After talking with the board of the WUSB they propose:
The account has to be finished at August 31st 2009 so that the accountants can make there job. Until september the 30th 2009 the auditors has to have the accounts to prove.
After that the auditors can send it to the members of the WUSB
Report Barry Digital Kari Augestad begs the countries for articles and pictures fort he Barry, it can be in German or English.

TOP 7 Wishes fort he judgemeeting 2010: Discussion about : Anatomie , and spezial about bonestructure, Eyeform and colour, the bite, movement and temprement. Then there was a hard discussion about breedingrules, temperementstest and so on.
TOP 8 Christian Tessier make the point that the WUSB has one goal : one breed one standard.
TOP 9 Christine Rossier welcomes the judges and give the program fort the judge meeting
10 to 11.oo working in groups 11 to 12.oo enddiscussion 12 to 14.oo lunch 14 to 15.30 working on the dogs in the center. For the manual work with the dogs: movement – presentation (handling) Triangle or in a cirkle.
There was made 5 groups. 1 group: Type from mountaindog made by silhouettes of different kinds from the same group as the Saint bernard, and the group had to find the right ones. 2 group differenties in the Anatomie mountaindogs/ Saint Bernards. 3 group: most faults in the anatomie, movement and bite. 4 group: the most kind of overtype at the Saint Bernard. 5 group: problems with the quality of the coat and the colour at the Saint Bernard.
After lunch there was the presentation of the dogs, and a fantastic discussion between the judges. This was very good and gave everybody a lot. And the judges agreed that this kind of judgemeeting was positiv. Further judgmeetings should be in the same way.
Afterwards was the judgemeeting fort he judges who had to judge on saterday. Mr. Ketzler wished all the judges a lucky hand and hoped that they would do a good job respecting the discussion on the judgemeeting.
