(all from different clubs).
With over
250 entries a fifth ring has to be set up by the show-manager.
The
organizing country nominates a judge and additionally the
judges-chairman. The remaining 7 judges are chosen on the
WUSB-delegates meeting of the previous year. Each member-club has
suggestion-right. The next 3 - 4 not chosen judges form the reserve.
The proposed judges must at least already have judged twice on
international shows and have to be listed on the judges list run by
the WUSB Board. They should have taken part in one WUSB-judges
meeting within the last 3 years at least. If a judge should be able
to take not part in a meeting, so he has to apologize in writing
previously. Several unexcused absences result in a
nomination-prohibition. A judge should not judge in WUSB shows on 2
consecutive years.
Up to 2
months before the show, a club, from which a judge is unable to
participate, may nominate even another judge. If a judge is unable
to participate after this period, so he is replaced by a
reserve-judge in accordance with the sequence of the vote.
With the
invitation to the show, the organizer may declare, whoever will
judge which class.
Otherwise
are drawed lots for the judges and the classes on the eve of the
show under supervision of the WUSB-President. In any case, the
organizer should pay attention to the different experience of the
judges and the language-problem. Therefore, an
"sort in advance" of the judges according to pairs is allowable.
Otherwise, the organizer must provide ring-writers with knowledge of
languages.
The judges
in the different classes decide the respective WUSB-Champions as
well as the WUSB-Youth-Champions.
Open Class
and Champion Class of the same hair-type and sex have to be judged
from the same judge-pair.
All judges
decide together in the honorary-ring on the couples,
breeder's-groups and the " Best in Show
". The judges chairman adjudicates with
tie.
Legible
judge-reports must be written.
